Day 1) Arrival Yangon
Arrive at Yangon International Airport. Welcome by our tour guide and transfer to Hotel. Your sightseeing begins by visiting Chaukhtatkyi Pagoda which houses the fourth largest colossal reclining Buddha, Kabar Aye (World Peace) Pagoda, which is significant for its Sixth Synod which was held in its large compound in 1954, Mahapasana Cave, located in the same compound and then photo stop at the heart of Yangon such as Sule Pagoda, Maha Bandoola Garden with Independence Monument, City Hall and many colonial style buildings.
Proceed to the Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the world’s most spectacular religious monuments. The golden dome of Shwedagon Pagoda raises 98meters above its base and is covered with 60 tons of pure gold. Watch sunset from Shwedagon Pagoda. After that, drive to Karaweik Palace Restaurant for dinner watching traditional cultural show. Stay overnight at hotel in Yangon.Day 2)Yangon - Heho – Taunggyi
After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Heho. Transfer to Taunggyi. After check in at hotel, visit around Taunggyi to see Tazaung-daing lighting and hot air balloon flying festival performing day and night. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3) Taunggyi
After breakfast at the hotel, starts sightseeing in Taunggyi - Kahtein or Robe offering Festival in day time. Procession with colourful Padethabin, the tree of the offertories that circle around the town. In the evening, the winning robe of the Unstale Robes weaving competition is offered to Lord Buddha with great ceremony. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4) Taunggyi - Inle – Pindaya
After breakfast, drive to Inle. Inle lake sightseeing includes : Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, wonderful floating gardens, floating market, natives’ method of fishing and village life on the lake. Visit cottage industry of silk weaving on wooden hand looms where you can purchase Shan shoulder bags, cloths and longyi. On the way back, drop in to at the NgaPhe Chaung Monastery where ancient statues of Buddha in various sizes can be admired.. Then, proceed to Pindaya. Overnight at Hotel in Pindaya.Day 5 ) Pindaya - Heho – Yangon
After breakfast, Pindaya sightseeing - Pindaya Caves ( Shwe-umin or Golden Cave ). well-known for its Buddha statues carved out of limestone. Then a short stop at over 250 years old Banyan trees and Pindaya Lake. Proceed to bamboo umbrella making factory and papermaking factory. Transfer to airport for flight back to Yangon. Transfer to hotel. Leisure time at hotel. Overnight at Hotel.Day 6) DepartureYangon
